Linda Kay Marcum Snoddy, 61, of Wooster, died peacefully on Monday, Oct. 17, 2016 at LifeCare Hospice in Wooster following a brief battle with cancer.
Linda was born July 12, 1955 in Wadsworth to Burgess and Brigitte (Rennebach) Marcum and was a 1973 graduate of Norwayne High School. She had worked at Bell & Howell, Rubbermaid in at the Pine Tree Barn. Linda was a lover of animals, nature and trips to the beach and shopping. She was a woman of faith who enjoyed listening to Joel Olsteen.
Surviving are her husband, Charles Snoddy; son, Matthew C. Snoddy; daughter, Annie Bree Snoddy all of Wooster; her mother, Brigitte “Bree” Marcum of Wooster, a brother, Ronald Marcum of Wooster and many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father in 2014.
Services will be Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston where friends may call from 12:00 noon until times of services at 2:00 p.m. A private inurnment will be held for the family at Creston Maple Mound Cemetery.
