Linda Ann Leaver

Linda Ann Leaver, 77, of West Salem, passed away Friday, Jan. 30, 2026, at Wooster Community Hospital.

Linda was born on July 1, 1948, to Thomas Earl and Anna (Brylka) Polm and graduated from Norwayne High School. On June 26, 1976, she married James R. Leaver Sr., and he survives. Linda had worked at Buckeye Mart, Bell and Howell and Montana Products. She enjoyed music and dancing, was an avid reader and is remembered for being a wonderful cook and baker.

She is survived by her husband, Jim; daughter, Susan Copley; son, Jim Leaver, Jr. and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Robert and Donald a sister, Ernie Jean Bolin.

Services will be Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston with Todd Booth officiating. Burial will be in Burbank Cemetery. Friends may call from 12:00 noon until time of services on Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family.
