Lillian Marie Smith

Lillian Marie Smith, 86, of Creston, received her wish to go home to Heaven to meet Jesus and to be reunited with family on Saturday, Jan. 16, 2021 at Burbank Parke Care Center.

Lil was born Feb. 6, 1934 in Cleveland to the late Charles and Lillian (Fink) Freeman and married Louis Smith on Dec. 7, 1950 and they had seven children, Ronald, Dennis, Louis Jr., Jeffrey, Linda, Patricia and Bonnie.  Lou preceded her in death on July 18, 2004.  Lil was a member of Creston-Canaan United Methodist Church and always was helping others.

Lil leaves behind her daughter, Bonnie and her husband Andre Hrivnak of Brunswick, daughter, Patricia; 22 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren and her adopted daughter, Kristine Sinito.

Services will be Wednesday, Jan. 20th at 1:00 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston with Pastor Lori Burdette-Steele officiating. Burial will be in Sherwood Memorial Gardens.  Friends may call from 12:00 noon until time of services.  Tributes may be shared at www.Murray-Funeral-Home.com
