Obituary:
Levi D. Petersheim, 81, of Fredericksburg, passed away on Sunday, April 9, 2017 at Aultman Hospital in Canton.
Levi was born March 15, 1936 in Justus, Stark County, OH to the late David and Fannie (Miller) Petersheim and married the former Donna Stallman on May 17, 1958 who survives. He had been a truck driver having worked at Gray & Son, Silver Brothers, Quality Block and at Curry Lumber where he retired from in 1998. A life resident of the Fredericksburg area, he enjoyed driving around his friend, John Miller to look at timber. Levi was an avid sports fan having always enjoyed watching his grandchildren play sport. Levi was devoted to his family and he will be greatly missed.
Surviving are his wife, Donna; his son, Jeffrey Petersheim of Fredericksburg; grandchildren, Joshua (Emily) Petersheim, Justin Petersheim, Jenice (Alex) McCaffrey and Lacey Darnell; his great-granddaughter, Maysin Petersheim and a brother, Ezra (Katie) Petersheim of Maysville.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Dan and Noah and sisters, Anna, Katie, Betty, Sarah and Edna.
Services will be Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Fredericksburg with Pastor Kathy Specht officiating. Burial will be in Prairie Township Cemetery.
