Laura Jean (Ault) Cristell

Laura Jean Cristell, 63, of Creston, passed away on Friday, Dec. 30, 2022 at Akron General Hospital after a lengthy battle.

Laura was born in Medina on Nov. 19, 1959 to Harold Eugene and Patricia (Ferguson) Ault and had worked for Parr and AmeriGas.

She is survived by her sons, Jonathan Cristell of Seville and Denny Cristell of Creston; a grandson, Damien; brother and sister-in-law, Joe and Michele Ault of Rittman; sisters and brothers-in-law, Mary Bennett of Orrville, Connie (Keith) Garnes of Spencer and Maxine and Glenn Bergdorf of Medina and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Terry in 1997. Also an Infant sister Diana Lee Ault.

Friends will be received on Thursday, Jan. 5th from 6-8 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston.  A graveside service will be held on Friday, Jan. 6th at 11:00 a.m. at Resurrection Cemetery in Valley City.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home for final expenses.
