Larry Keath Stanley

Larry Keath Stanley, 67, of Taylor, Michigan, passed away on September 28, 2024. After a long courageous battle with cancer, despite his unwavering will to live, Larry finally found peace while surrounded by all his girls.

Larry was born in Prestonsburg, Kentucky on July 12, 1957 to Lloyd and Peggy (Hackworth) Stanley of Burbank, Ohio.  His parents and brothers, Dan Stanley of Detroit and Greg Stanley of Florida preceded him in death. He is survived by Julia Stanley, daughters Elise and Spouse Robyn Dair, Rebecca & Spouse Stephen Allred, Amanda (Stanley) and Spouse Jim Kuebler and grandchildren Caleb, Max, Alina, and Amira. Niece, Danielle (Stanley) Sumbera and Spouse Korey and children Rozlynn, Bonnie, and Bonam also survive, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and loving family members. Larry was a distinguished, self-made, educated man with broad interests, and an unending thirst for knowledge.  Learning was Larry’s greatest hobby and he turned that into a career, owning his own IT company. Larry’s research never ceased, and his daughters and Julia were his pride and joy.

A celebration of Larry’s life will be held on Monday, Oct. 7th from 10:00 – 12:00 noon  at Murray Funeral Home in Creston with interment following at Burbank Cemetery.
