Kimberly Ann Rehm, 60, of Smithville, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, July 17, 2025, after a lengthy illness.
Kim was born on May 2, 1965, in Orrville to Edward and Diana Sue (Bratcher) Siladi and was a 1983 graduate of Smithville High School. On June 7, 2014, she married Kelly B. Rehm and together they enjoyed traveling, riding their E-Bikes, camping and kayaking. Kim also enjoyed raising her chickens, her Chocolate Labs that she loved over the years and spending time with her family and friends. For 39 years Kim worked for the Apple Creek Banking Company where she was the Manager of Residential Mortgage Loans. In 2020 she was presented the Prestigious Hall of Fame Award by the Wayne County Realtors Assoc. Kim’s community involvement included Habitat for Humanity where she served on the Board of Directors, Quota Club International of Wooster, the Red Cross, the Salvation Army and the Wayne County Fair. She attended Wooster Grace Church where she had been involved in outreach programs and mission trips.
Surviving is her husband, Kelly; her mother, Sue Siladi of Smithville; her brother and sister-in-law, Ron and Brenda Siladi of Orrville; Kelly’s two children, Corey and his wife Jamie Rehm of Wooster and Megan and her husband Jared Slabach of Jackson Township; her grandchildren that lovingly called her “Coco”, Graham, Gwen and Phoebe Slabach and Hudson, Wesley and Maude Rehm; her in-laws, Fred and Joann Rehm of Marshallville; several aunts, uncles and cousins and her much loved dog, Logan.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ed in 2018.
Services will be Wednesday, July 23rd at 11:00 a.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston with Rev. Jeff Ball officiating. Burial will be in Sherwood Memorial Gardens. Friends may call Tuesday from 4-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
