Kathy May Cook, 63, of Seville, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2019 after a battle with cancer.
Kathy was born June 9, 1955 in Wadsworth to the late Earl and Thelma (Lance) Drayer and married Marvin Cook on June 9, 1990. She had worked at the former Packaging Corp. of America in Rittman and had made her home near Seville most of her life. Kathy enjoyed camping and gardening and had a love for horses. She is remembered for always being in charge and running the show and she will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her loving husband, Marvin; her children, Tim Cook, Angela Ratlilff, Misty Cook, Chad (Zatinia) Dean and Robby (Nicki) Dean; her grandchildren children, Damion, Ciera, Coby, Taylor, Curtis, Nathaniel, Isaiah, Madison and Chalissa; great-grandchildren, Aubrielle and Juliana; brother, David (Kelly) Drayer; sister, Connie (Bud) Harger and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, grandchildren, Kelsey and Zoely and brothers, Bud and Jim Drayer.
Services will be Friday, Jan. 4, 2019 at 12:00 noon at Murray Funeral Home in Creston with Rev. Denny Wilson officiating. Burial will be in Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
