Kathleen P. (Nalley) Buckingham

Kathleen P. Nalley Buckingham, 82, of Sterling, passed away on Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at the Avenue of Wooster after a period of declining health.

Kathleen was born July 14, 1938 in Seville to the late George and Opal Rose (Jackson) Nalley and was a member of the Norwayne High School class of 1956.  She retired from Frito Lay in Wooster after 18 years of service and had made her home in Sterling for the past 65 years.  She enjoyed going to yard sales, reading, and her cats but her children and her grandchildren were her greatest enjoyment.

Surviving are her 6 children, Carl Dean Buckingham of Creston, Cindy Buckingham and her companion Terry Estep of Creston; Tim and his wife Jill E. Buckingham of Sterling, Michelle and her husband Gary Eggeman of Marshallville, Terry and his wife Jill A. Buckingham of Sterling and Matt and his wife Michelle Buckingham of Sterling; 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren and a sister and brother-in-law, Patricia and Glenn Frase of Seville.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers and sisters, Neale, George, Keith, Tim, Eileen, Jeanette, Sheilah and infant Shirley.

Services will be Friday, June 11th  at 2:00 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston where friends may call from 1:00 p.m. until time of services.  Burial will be in Creston Maple Mound Cemetery.  Tributes may be shared at www.Murray-Funeral-Home.com
