Justin Richard Edwards

Justin Richard Edwards, 32, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, Sept. 17, 2026, at his home in Seville of an apparent heart attack.

Justin was born on June 16, 1994, in Jacksonville, NC and graduated from Smithville High School in 2013. He was working at Mauser Packaging Solutions in Cleveland where he was an Industrial Maintenance Manager. Justin had the biggest heart and was always helping others whenever he was asked. He enjoyed being in his garage where he would hanging out with friends, tinker and work. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding 4-wheelers with friends. Justin will be forever missed.

Surviving are this three children, Jett, Jaylee and Jolene who were his world; his dad and mom, Charles Jr. “Chuckie” and Christy Edwards; brothers and sisters, Tyler Edwards, Alyssa (Jeffrey) Harper, Thomas (Dominique) Edwards, Hailey Minks and Madison Adkins; grandparents, Bill and Becky Sprinkle and Tom and Anna Armentrout; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins and many friends including dear friends, Bud and Heidi Noble.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Christina (Sprinkle) Minks and grandparents, Charles Sr. and Betty Edwards.

Friends will be received on Tuesday, Sept. 22nd from 4-6 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston with a time of remembrance being held at 6:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in care of the funeral home for final expenses.
