Judith Lee Jones

Judith Lee Jones, 81, of Wadsworth, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 10th 2024 after a period of declining health.

Judith was born on July 18, 1942, in Barberton, Ohio to George and Mary (Englehart) Lukinac and graduated from Wadsworth High School. Judith was a stay-at-home mom that later would work at several different restaurants throughout the Wadsworth area and would be known and loved by many as walking Judy. In her spare time Judith enjoyed painting ceramics, walking her dog Posey, baking and sharing her gifts with others, and was an avid Cleveland sports fan.

Surviving are her children, David (Judie) Jones, Teresa Lee, and Christine (Jeff) Marks; grandchildren, Andrew and Ian Marks, Brooke Jones, Kristen Lundeen, Kayla Hough, Dakota Jones-Wilson; brother, George (Patricia) Lukinac; sister, Lorraine (Ron) Hewit; nieces Elizabeth Hewit and Rebecca (Brad) Hunsicker; and many other friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Memorial Services will be Saturday, March 16th, at 2:00 p.m. at Bethel Christian Church of Wadsworth, 2684 Seville Rd, Rittman, OH with Pastor Brian Gerber officiating.  Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. until time of services at the church on Saturday. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Murray Funeral Home, 173 S. Main St. Creston, OH.
