Joseph Allen Senz Sr.

Joseph Allen Senz Sr., 53, of Lodi, passed away Thursday, Nov. 12, 2020 at the Cleveland Clinic.

Joe as born on Feb. 17, 1967 in Orrville to Gordon Joseph and Goldie Lee (Billups) Senz and had served in the U.S. Army.  He married the former Dorothy “Dori” Kajack in 1995 and she preceded him in death on Sept. 21, 2017.  Joe worked in construction for most of his life and enjoyed fishing, working on vehicles and doing home improvement.  His greatest joy was his grandkids and he will be missed.

Surviving are his children, Jospeh Senz, Jr., Rebecca Senz, Tovah Jo Payne, Brianna Carter, Adrianna (Phillip) Phalsgraff, Derek Senz and Josie Senz; 7 grandchildren; his mother and step-father, Goldie and Robert Bakston; a sister, Kimberly (Clayton) VanGenderen and a brother, Scott Senz.

He was preceded in death by his wife, sons, Devon and Jimmy; his father, Gordon and brothers, Eddie and Ricky.

Services will be Thursday, Nov. 19th at 6:00 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston with his uncle, Pastor Jim Senz officiating.  Friends may call from 4:00 p.m. until time of services.  A family burial will be held..  Tributes may be shared at www.Murray-Funeral-Home.com  Donations may be made to the funeral home.
