Jake E. Miller

MILLERSBURG —Jake E. Miller, 69, of Millersburg, Ohio, died Wednesday, March 3, 2021, at Sycamore Run Nursing Home, following a period of declining health. He was born April 13, 1951, in Middlefield, Ohio, to Ervin MP and Sarah Kurtz Miller and was a member of the Old Order Amish Church. Jake is survived by brothers, Dan (Laura) Miller of Pennsylvania, Mose Miller and Melvin (Mary) Miller of Middlefield and Christ (Mary) Miller of Kentucky; sisters, Ada (Andrew) Miller of Kentucky and Mary (Noah) Byler of Middlefield; and sister-in-law, Kathryn (Byler) Miller of Middlefield. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, John, Ervin and Albert. Calling hours will be Thursday, March 4, 2021, after 5 p.m. at the John A. Miller residence, 5824 state Route 241, Millersburg.  Friends may call anytime on Friday, March 5, 2021, at the Noah and Mary Byler residence, 6860 S. Windsor Road, Middlefield.  Funeral services will be Saturday, March 6, 2021, at the Byler residence, with Bishop Joseph Miller officiating. Burial will be in the Navvoo Road Cemetery. Murray Funeral Home in Fredericksburg is handling arrangements.
