Hurley Roger Inman

Hurley Roger Inman, 66, of Medina/Wooster went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 24, 2021.

Hurley was born on Oct. 2, 1954 in Medina to the late William and Correan (Wells) Inman.  He was married to Martha “Marty” Mullins who preceded him in death. Their children included, Devonte Jones, Velma Banks, Whitney Price and Patricia (Ronnie) Marshall.  Also, Hurley had children with Connie (Tripp) Inman, Tammy Inman and the late Daryl Eugene Inman.  Hurley’s surviving siblings are, William “Breeze” Inman, Jr., Delores “Lois” Inman, Charles (Shirley) Inman, Elisha Jeffrey (Daphne) Inman and Terrance (Deborah) Inman; a sister-in-law, Carolyn Inman, 16 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Marty, his parents, a son, Daryl Inman, brother, Thomas Inman and a great-niece, Ebony.

Hurley worked at MTD for many years.  He loved cars, his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  He was an outgoing person who never met a stranger and he was loved by everyone he met.  Hurley will be greatly missed by all.  He was a member of The River of Life Faith Christian Center Ministry in Wooster.

Calling hours will be Saturday, July 31st from 11:00 a.m. until time of services at 12:00 noon at Murray Funeral Home, 173 S. Main St., Creston, OH with services following at 12:00 noon.  Apostle Lottie M. Smith will officiate.  Masks are required and a repast meal will follow at Lamplighters Social Civic Club, 1007 Rebecca St. in Wooster.

Revelation 21:4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

The family extends their thanks to the family, friends and all who sent prayers, visited or made phone calls.  Also, a special thanks is extended to our River of Life Faith Christian Center Ministry family, LifeCare Hospice, Gilcrest Day Center and to Kenneth Coats.
