Howard Henderson Parsons Jr.

Howard “Howie” Henderson Parsons Jr., 72, of Orrville, Ohio passed away after a sudden illness on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at Aultman Canton Hospital.

Howie was born in Lodi, Ohio on August 3, 1951, to Howard Henderson Parsons Sr. and Darie E. (Bailey) Parsons. He was a 1971 graduate of Norwayne High School. After school Howie would work for Buckeye Protective Services as a security guard. Howie married Barbara Dever and together they spent over 30 years together.  In his spare time Howie was involved in the Wayne County React club and he enjoyed working on light bars and living life.

Howie is survived by his wife Barbara Parsons, sister Patricia Sue Messenger of Wooster, and his niece Carrie Messenger of Wooster.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his sisters Pearl Belle, Helen Jean Parsons, and Cora Elizabeth Parsons Morris.
