Glenna C. Mast, 88, of Wooster, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 1, 2021 at Westview Healthy Living in Wooster after a period of declining health.
Glenna was born on Nov. 19, 1932 near Wooster to the late Carl and Florence (Weikert) McClintock and was a 1950 graduate of Creston High School. On Aug. 11, 1951 she married William R. Mast in Atlanta, GA while he was in the Army and they had made their home on Fulton Road, Creston from 1951 – 2014 when they moved to Wooster. She retired from McClintock Electric after 36 years of service. Glenna enjoyed knitting, crocheting, painting and reading. She is remembered for all the wonderful wedding, birthday and graduation cakes she baked for family and friends over the years and she loved spending time with her family.
Surviving are her husband, Bill; daughter and son-in-law, Cindy and Tom Ringler of Wooster, son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Annette Mast of Wooster; daughter-in-law, Kim Mast of Smithville; son-in-law, Steve Stoffer of Apple Creek; grandchildren, Tonja, Tracy, Jennifer, Brian, Olivia, Brett, Billy and Joey; 7 great-grandchildren and two brothers, Harold McClintock and Ralph McClintock both of Wooster.
She was preceded in death by a son, Richard “Rick” Mast in 2018 and a daughter, Sharon Stoffer in 2020.
Services will be Thursday, Aug. 5th at 12:00 noon at Murray Funeral Home in Creston with Pastor Kirk Fairhurst officiating. Burial will be in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
