February 28, 1960 - December 10, 2018

Mary Ann Yoder, 58, of Wooster, died peacefully in the comfort of her home on Monday, Dec. 10, 2018.

Mary Ann was born Feb. 28, 1960 in Wooster to Paul E. and Leila (Miller) Buheit and was a 1978 graduate of Norwayne High School. She attended Mansfield General School of Nursing where she received her RN degree and had worked as a nurse at various area hospitals. Mary Ann loved sharing her nursing skills with family members and friends and is remembered for her giving and generous spirit. Over the years she enjoyed gardening, baking, cooking and caring for her much loved dogs, Pippi and Chewy. She had a love for traveling, going out to eat with family and going to the movies. Mary Ann was a member of Saint Mary Catholic Church in Wooster.

Surviving are her husband, Galen E. Yoder who she married on June 22, 1985; her four children, Maria Yoder, Monica (Bruce) Eudy, Mark (Kristie) Yoder and Michael Yoder all of Wooster; her grandbabies, Vinsen Eudy and Barrett Yoder; her parents, Paul and Lee Buheit of Creston and brothers, Stephen Buheit of Creston and Jonathan Buheit of Wooster. She was preceded in death by her brother, Albert Buheit.

Services will be Friday, Dec. 14th at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church in Wooster with Father Stephen Moran officiating. Burial will be in Creston Maple Mound Cemetery. I remember Mary Ann from when I worked at Dee's Hallmark in Wooster. My co-worker Chris and I always looked forward to her visits during the Christma season. She so loved picking out ornaments and it was such a joy to visit with her! My sincere sympathy for her family.
