Obituary:

Elsie Marie Schrimsher, 87, of Wooster, died Sunday, Jn. 7, 2018 at Glendora Health Care Center after a period of declining health.

Elsie was born July 23, 1930 in Canton to the late Ellsworth and Goldie (Roberts) Weahry and had worked at Regal Ware in Wooster for 18 years and at the Apple Creek Developmental Center for 14 years. She attended Living Waters Fellowship in Wooster and enjoyed shopping and spending time with her family.

Surviving are a son, John Grant Duncan of Wichita, KS; 5 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Marian Young of Wooster, Mary Ann Duncan of Fredericksburg, Carol Anderson of Wooster and Betty Jean Coffman of Wooster; a sister-in-law, Cheryl Weahry of Wooster and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant son Eddie Wayne Duncan; sisters, Anna Mae Dunken and Lucille Miller and a brother, James Weahry.

Services will be Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Fredericksburg with Pastor Jeremiah Scadden officiating. Burial will be in Fredericksburg East Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to services on Saturday at the funeral home. Tributes may be shared at www.Murray-Funeral-Home.com
