Eileen Marcine Park, 90, of Wooster, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, April 24, 2026, at Wooster Community Hospital after a a time of failing health.

Eileen was born on Dec. 25, 1935, in Wadsworth to Don K. and Thelma (Rickert) Freed. She retired from Admiral Machine after 16 years and had previously worked at Akron Standard and Sterling Oaks. Eileen was a woman of faith and was a member of Sovereign Word Baptist Church in Wooster. She loved people and enjoyed visiting with family and friends and crocheting.

Surviving are her sons and daughters-in-law, Timothy and Chris Pittman of Orrville and Robert and Karen Pittman of Rittman; 4 grandchildren, Kyle, Cody, Tyler and Mary; 3 great-grandchildren, 9 step-grandchildren, 8 step-great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and many loving friends.

Eileen was preceded in death by her daughter, Diana Sue Calabris on March 1, 1963, Mother, Thelma Hanford, her father, Don Freed, her twin sister, Aileen Lakin, sister, Donna Porter and brother, Thomas Freed.

Services will be Wednesday, April 29th at 1:00 pm at Murray Funeral Home in Creston with Pastor Jeff Osberg officiating. Friends may call from 12 noon until time of services at 1:00 p.m. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in Wadsworth at a later time.
