Eileen Mae Davis Rook

Eileen Mae Davis Rook, 92, of Creston, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 23, 2025, at West View Healthy Living in Wooster after a period of declining health.

Eileen was born in Wooster on Oct. 13, 1933, to Albert and Ethel (Bahl) Wyss and graduated from Wooster High School in 1951. On April 18, 1953, she married William Davis, Jr. and he preceded her in death on Oct. 28, 1998. On May 18, 2002, she married Noble L. Rook and Nob preceded her in death on March 13, 2015. Eileen had worked at Fishers Big Wheel in Wooster where she had been the Office Manager. Her family was her greatest love, especially her granddaughters and great-grandchildren and she enjoyed gardening, flowers, decorating her home as well as camping and boating with family in her younger years.

Surviving are her children, Jennifer Frontz of West Salem and James William Davis of Wooster; granddaughters, Brianna Frontz, Emily Frontz and Heather Davis; great-grandchildren, Bella Mae, Aeriyanna and Emrie; sister and brothers-in-law, Grace and John Brock of Creston and a brother-in-law, Tom Johnson of Arizona.

She was preceded in death by her Husbands, her parents and a sister, Alberta Johnson.

At Eileen’s request, services will be private with burial at Wooster Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare, 1900 Akron Rd., Wooster, OH 44691.
