Douglas Daniel Baldwin, 55, of Creston, died Saturday, May 6, 2017 in New Town, North Dakota as a of a truck accident.
Doug was born Jan. 23, 1962 in Cleveland and was the son of Daniel and JoAnne (Long) Baldwin. He graduate from Norwayne High School in 1980 and on Dec. 17, 1983 he married the former Rebecca Malone who survives. Doug enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1984 and served until being honorably discharged in 1991. He operated D& B Fat Boy Trucking LLC and always enjoyed driving truck. He loved life and enjoyed playing the guitar and remote control car racing. He will be greatly missed.
Surviving are his wife, Rebecca; son and daughter-in-law, Justin and Brandy Baldwin of Creston; grandson Cian and soon to be expected granddaughter; his mother, JoAnne Baldwin of Creston; sister and brother-in-law, Beth and Mike Kutyba of Eagle River, Alaska; niece, McKenzie Kutyba and his in-laws, Lawrence and Gerda Malone of Fitzgerald, GA.
He was preceded in death by his father, Dan Baldwin in 2009.
Services will be Wednesday, May 24th at 1:00 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston where friends may call Tuesday, May 23rd from 5-8 p.m. Interment will be in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
