Donna M. (Monaco) Hoover

Donna M. Hoover (Monaco), aged 78, passed away on August 19, 2024, in Creston, OH. Donna was a beacon of joy, always eager to share a laugh and spread happiness. She was a devoted mother, friend, and an accomplished electrical engineer, and was proud to be the first in her family to graduate from college.

Donna grew up with a passion for learning, which led her to pursue and achieve a degree from ITT Tech. Her career was marked by dedication and innovation in the field of electrical engineering. Outside of her professional life, Donna cherished time spent with her family and was an avid polka dancer. Her ability to light up a room and make people laugh was unmatched.

She is survived by her loving children, Deanna Hoover and Nicholas Hoover. Donna was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Duane Hoover. Her presence will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered by all who knew her.

A service to celebrate Donna’s life will be held on August 24th at 11:00 a.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston where friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until time of services. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Brook Park. Her legacy of love, laughter, and kindness will forever resonate with those she touched.
