Dennis Paul Clevidence, 78, of Seville, passed away peacefully Monday, May 19, 2025 at Hospice of the Western Reserve in Medina after a lengthy battle with Diabetes.
Denny was born on February 6, 1947, in Lodi to Joseph and Wilda (Oneacre) Clevidence and was a 1965 graduate of Cloverleaf High School. On January 14, 1966 he married Margaret E. See and they shared 59 years together. He served in the U.S. Army as a Military Policeman from 1966 to 1968, having been stationed in Korea and had retired from The Seville Bronze after 44 years of service. He was a member of Seville United Methodist Church. Denny enjoyed fishing, hunting, oil painting and woodworking and he was an avid card and game player and had also bowled on several bowing leagues.
Surviving is his wife, Margaret; son, David Allen Clevidence of Doylestown; daughter and son-in-law, Karen Sue and Jerry Mooney of Creston; grandchildren, Austin Mooney, Cearra Clevidence, Savannah Mooney and Teagan Clevidence; and a sister and brother-in-law, Becky and Roy McPike of Nankins.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Ronald; and a sister, Darlene Kay Cooper.
Services will be Saturday, May 24th at 1 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston with Pastor Donald Kuntz officiating. Burial will be in Mound Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until time of services on Saturday.
