Debra Sue Patterson Hunt

Debra Sue Patterson Hunt, 61 of Elkton, Oregon and formerly of Creston, died Saturday, June 22, 2019. She was a cancer survivor and her passing was unexpected. Deb was a 1976 graduate of Norwayne High School and had made her home in Oregon for the past 15 years where she was employed at Smiles Dentistry. Deb enjoyed quilting, walking her dogs, goring to Casinos and spending time with family. Surviving are her husband, Gail Hunt whom she married Feb. 29, 2008; her children, Samantha Newman and Matthew (Casey) Newman, granddaughter, Charlotte and Eleanor; her mother, Etta Keltz; brother, Sam (Kitty) Patterson and sisters, Sandra Patterson and Sheila (Ron) Irvin.  She was preceded in death by her father, Dale Patterson and a sister, Theresa Barrett. At Deb’s request, there will be no services held.
