Debra Ann Griffith

Debra “Debbie” A. Griffith, 58, of Seville (Mansfield), Ohio passed away suddenly but surrounded by loved ones on December 29, 2022.

Debbie was born on July 23, 1964 to Richard and Bonnie Sheedy in Wadsworth, Ohio.

Debbie was a dedicated mother to her five children as well as to many “adopted” kids throughout the years. She was self-less and was always willing to take in those in need. She very much had an open-door policy and never let anyone go hungry. She thoroughly enjoyed baking cookies with her kids for holiday celebrations. She loved game nights with friends and family. Debbie never turned down an opportunity to cook food on the grill for the neighborhood and have pool parties. Debbie is so very loved and will be missed by many.

Debbie is predeceased by her mother, Bonnie Sheedy, and her brothers Jerry “Peach” Sheedy, and William “Bill” Sheedy. She is survived by her children Mitchell Gurnsey, Sandi Gurnsey, Steven (Julie) Gurnsey, James Griffith, and Matthew (Candace) Griffith and by her father Richard “Dick” Sheedy.

Celebration of Life will be held on January 21, at 11 A.M - 2 P.M. at the Fraternal Order of the Eagles in Wadsworth, Ohio (9953 Rittman Rd. Wadsworth, OH 44281).
