Constance "Connie" Rock

Constance J. “Connie” Rock, 84, of Wadsworth, passed away on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at Summa Barberton Hospital after a lengthy declining in health.

Connie was born on Feb. 9, 1942, in Akron to William and Zara Netta (Brooks) Snowberger and married Ulysses “Skip” Rock on Nov. 2, 1963. Skip preceded her in death on Feb. 19, 1989. Connie worked at Truck Stops of America and lived to care for others. She loved watching the birds, family cookouts and being with her grandchildren.

Surviving are her children, Keyra (Kevin) Austin, Penny (John) Shelly, Tina Rock and Steven (Michelle) Rock; step-daughter, Patricia Anderson; 13 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren; a sister, Jill Mullins, nieces and nephews and longtime friend, Cheryl Dodge.

She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, brothers, Donald and Terry Snowberger and step-son, Robert Rock.

Services will be Friday, March 27th at 2:00 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston where friends may call from 1:00 p.m. until service at 2:00 p.m. A private burial will be in Creston Maple Mound Cemetery.
