Christine A. (Desatnik) Mireiter

Christine A. Mireiter, 76, of Wooster passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, October 12, 2024.

Christine was born on April 17, 1948, in Cleveland, OH to Andrew and Mary (Hetman) Desatnik. After graduating high school Christine married Karl Mireiter on November 14, 1975. Together they built a wonderful home together, raising their three boys. In her free time Christine enjoyed cooking, baking, and tending to her herb garden. Her greatest joy was being around and being able to take care of her family.

Christine is survived by her husband of 48 years Karl; sons and daughters-in-law Karl and Rachel, Paul and Cindy, and Michael and Laurie Mireiter; grandchildren Kyle, Emily, Mikey and Maverick; sisters Delores, Jeanette, Gerry, Dianne, Linda, and Shirley, and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her stillborn son, Joseph; brothers, John and Don; and sisters, Pat, Angela and Antoinette.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston. Friends may call from 11:00 a.m. until time of services.
