Charles Wayne Ashley, 56, of Burbank, died peacefully on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at Burbank Parke Care Center following a brief illness. Wayne was born May 11, 1959 in Lodi to Charles E. and Lula M. (Tanner) Ashley and was a 1977 graduate of Cloverleaf High School. He had worked for 17 years at Ford Motor Company and had made his home in Burbank for the last 15 years. He was a member of the Harley Owners Group and was raised in the Advent Christian Church near Seville. He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson, camping, outdoor adventures and collecting construction toys and trucks. Surviving are his son, Zachary Taylor Ashley of Burbank; his father, Charles Ashley of Ashland, sisters, Rosemary (Don) Morrison of Shiloh and Diane (David) Walter of Akron; 7 nieces and nephews; 9 great-nieces and great-nephews; several aunts and uncles and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lula Ashley in 2002.
