Carrie Ann (Robinson) Riley

Carrie Ann Riley, 46, of Creston, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family and friends on Thursday, Feb. 25, 2021 at the home of her parents, after a battle with cancer.

Carrie was born Aug. 29, 1974 in Wooster to Jeffery and Vicki (Dawkins) Robinson and was a 1993 graduate of Norwayne High School and the Wayne County Career Center.  She later graduated from Akron University with a degree in Social Services and for the past 6 years worked at Ashland County Children Services.  On Aug. 20, 1994, Carrie married Alvin Paul Riley Jr. and he survives.  She loved children and she enjoyed spending time with her family, attending local events and festivals and trips to the beach.  Carrie will be sadly missed.

Surviving is her husband, Paul of 26 years; children, Courtney (Cameron St. Clair) Riley, Christian Riley, Kara Riley, Kayti Yeater and Codie (Tony DiPietro) Boyes and the late Drake Boyes; 4 grandchildren, Aubrielle and Juliana Brillhart-Riley, Aurora Riley-St. Clair and Mason St. Clair; her parents, Jeff and Vicki Robinson of Creston and a sister, Amy (Jason) Flack of Creston.

Services will be Tuesday, March 2nd at 1:00 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston with burial in Creston Maple Mound Cemetery.  Friends may call Monday from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.  Tributes may be shared at www.Murray-Funeral-Home.com  The family extends their deepest appreciation to the staff of LifeCare Hospice for the care they gave to Carrie.
