Byron Cameron Bigley

Byron C. Bigley, 90, of Creston, passed away on Thursday, July 1, 2021 at Burbank Parke and he and his beloved Marcella are together again.

He was born on Nov. 6, 1930 in Monroe County, OH to the late Maywood and Esther (Connor) Bigley and married the former Marcella K. Moore on July 4, 1953.  Marchella preceded him in death on Dec. 28, 2017.  Byron honorably served in the U.S. Army from 1951 – 1953 and retired from the Medina County Highway Dept. He had made his home in Chippewa Lake prior to moving to Creston.

Surviving is his daughter and son-in-law, Bonnie and Jeff Napier of Creston; granddaughter, Dustie Brumfield; great-granddaughter, Skyla Brumfield; a half-brother, Dave Bigley and a step-sister, Sandy Phillips.

He was preceded in death by his wife, his parents and two sisters, Doris McDonnell and Darlene McDonnell.

A family service with military honors will be held at Mound Hill Cemetery.
