Billy Eugene Dobbins

Billy Eugene Dobbins, 83, of Creston, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2023 at LifeCare Hospice in Wooster.

He was born in Sutton, WV on March 26, 1939 to Olen and Pauline (Dean) Dobbins and retired from Modern Tool & Die in Valley City.

Bill is survived by his children, Charles (Teri) Dobbins, Dennis Dobbins and Arlene Dobbins; 6 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren; brothers, Willard Dobbins and Robert Dobbins; sisters, Barbara Meadows, Sandra (Eddie) Casto, Brenda (Dale) Kisner, Connie Stafinski Bonnie Stuart and Betty Dobbins and a friend, Dorothy Hibbs.

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Rose Kinney; son, Rusty Dobbins;  daughter-in-law, Rose Dobbins; a granddaughter, Heather and his longtime companion Dorothy “Dot” Flick.

At Bill’s request, there will be no services.  The family extends a special thank you to the care team at LifeCare Hospice in Wooster for the care and support given to Bill and the family.
