Betty J. Miller

FREDRICKSBURG - Betty J. Miller 70 of 9219 County Road 245, Fredericksburg passed away Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2018 at her home after a an extended illness. She was born Nov. 14, 1947 in Holmes County to Jacob M. and Nancy (Hershberger) Miller. She attended the Holmes County Training Center and was a member of the Old Order Amish Church. Surviving are her sister Katie and Jr. Wengerd with whom she had made her home with for the past 23 years, a sister Martha (Dan) Stutzman of Berlin. Mose Miller and Roy (Elvina) Miller both of Millersburg; sisters- in-law, Fannie Miller of Apple Creek and Dena Miller of Fredericksburg; a special niece, Tina (Norman) Hershberger of the Home and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by brothers, Atlee, Jacob Jr., Robert and Aden. Services will be Saturday, Oct. 27th at 9:00 a.m. at the Norman Hershberger residence with Bishop Wayne Yoder officiating.

Burial willbe in the Yoder Cemetery. Friends may call after 3:00 p.m. today, Thursday at the Norman Hershberger residence. Murray Funeral Home in Fredericksburg is handling arrangement. The family extends a special thanks to LifeCare Hospice and caretakers David and Clara Miller for the special care they gave to Betty. Contributions may be made to the Holmes County Training Center.
