Betty J Ferguson

Betty J. Ferguson, 75, of Burbank, passed away on Monday, July 27, 2026, after a hard-fought battle with cancer.

Betty was born on Nov. 25, 1950, in Morgantown, WV to Dewey and Betty (Hostetler) Tenney. On September 14, 1974, she married Frank Ferguson and they shared 52 wonderful years together. Betty enjoyed her career as a Beautician, crocheting, dancing, music, going to yard sales and spending time with her family. Her greatest comfort was her steadfast belief in God.

Betty is survived by her husband Frank “Dan”; children, Shelly Bacon and Tim Ferguson; grandchildren, Jennifer and Katie Bacon; great aunt, Mary Hostutler; her bothers, Everett Tenney, Roger Tenney and Mitchell Tenney; her sisters, Martha Manogue and Rose Hanshaw; and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents Dewey and Betty Tenney, daughter in law, Heather Ferguson and grandson, Matthew Ferguson.

Graveside services will be held at Creston Maple Mound Cemetery on July 30 at 1:00 p.m.
