Annie Lee House

Annie Lee House, 72, of Wooster, passed away peacefully on Thursday, Dec. 18, 2025, at West View Healthy Living in Wooster after a period of declining health.

Annie was born in Leesburg, FL on April 19, 1953, to Arthur Sr. and Rosa Lee (Wright) House. She graduated from Wooster High School in 1973 and attended Akron University. Annie had worked at Pizza Hut and at the Lowrey Center at the College of Wooster. She was a member of the River of Life Church Family and over the years enjoyed reading, dancing, and gatherings with her family and friends.

Surviving are her brother and sisters, Alvin (Olivia) House of Hanover, MD, Shirley (Charles) House of Wooster and Carolyn Diaz of Okala, FL and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers and sisters, Willie James House, Sr., Arthur House, Margaret Moore, Margaret Gaddy, Mary Steele, Joe Jackson. Evelyn Lowery and Robert House.

A celebration of Annie’s life will be held on Friday, Jan. 2, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home, 173 S. Main St., Creston with Apostle Lottie Smith, Senior Pastor of River of Life Ministry officiating.
