Anita R. Stiles

Anita R. Stiles, 82, of Millersburg, went peacefully home to be with the Lord on Monday, Sept. 6, 2021.

Anita was born on Nov. 12, 1938 in Johnstown, PA and was the daughter of the late Melvin and Ruth (Holder) Smith. She was a 1957 graduate of Richland Township High School in Johnstown, PA where her nickname in school was “Smitty’ and in her younger years she enjoyed the juke box and doing the jitter bug.  Anita gave her heart to the Lord in 1973 and has kept the course and finished her race as a faithful servant,  her family is so incredibly Proud of Her! Anita's church family is the Amazing Grace Baptist Temple of Millersburg,  who were a source of love and comfort and who she loved.

Surviving is her husband of 64 years,  Boyd , son and daughter-in-law, Bruce and Sherri Stiles of Fairview, MI; daughter and son-in-law, Pam and Tommy Heaton of Millersburg; grandchildren, Star Stiles, Valerie & Dustin Wyse and Blake & Holly Stiles and great-grandchildren, Dawson, Meagan and Julia Wyse and Bendt and Wesley Stiles.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Dean Smith and a sister, Linda Smith.

Services will be Wednesday, Sept. 22nd at 11:00 a.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Fredericksburg with Pastor James Butler officiating along with Pastor Hubert Maniga and Pastor Blake Stiles.  Burial will be in the Berlin Cemetery.  Friends may call one hour prior to services at the funeral home.  Tributes may be shared at www.Murray-Funeral-Home.com
