Adalgisa Wurgler

Adalgisa “Ada”  Wurgler, 96, of Seville, passed away on Thursday, Oct. 12, 2023 at Barberton Summa Hospital while surrounded by her family from complications of heart failure.

Ada was born on Feb. 7, 1927 in Rome, Italy to Remo and Palmira (Masa) Paolini and came to the United State in 1946.  She married Alvin Wurgler and he preceded her in death in 1985.  Ada worked as a housekeeper at the Medina County Administration Building as well as being a homemaker caring for her seven children.  She enjoyed reading and watching movies but her family was her greatest enjoyment.

Surviving are her children and their spouses, Ron and Charlene Wurgler of Seville, Jane Honeycutt of California, Pam and Steve Vestal of Florida, Patricia Havlik of California, Sophia and Scott Fagan of Seville Christopher and Jamie  Wurgler of Florida and Jeff and Michele Wurgler of Florida; 9 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 3 great great-grandchildren;

She was preceded in death by her husband, two grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

Memorial services will be Tuesday, Oct. 17th at 4:00 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home, 173 S. Main St., Creston, OH 44217.
