Lois Hershberger

Lois Hershberger died Wednesday, May 15, 2019, at LifeCare Hospice, Wooster Ohio.  She was born in East Lynn West Virginia on February 17, 1960 to Junior Mills and Iverine Lowe Mills. She is survived by siblings Joe Moore, Phyllis Senz, Debra Waggoner, Walter L. Mills, Susan Kosunick and Hobert J. Mills; children Robert, Jimmy and Tawnya Hershberger; grandchildren Christian, Ethan and Kayla Hershberger, Dean Mackey Jr., Juliann Kazer and step-grandchild Haley Dapprich.

She was predeceased by her parents, her brother Eugene, an infant sister, son Danny and still born grandson Dakota Hershberger.

Lois had resided at Horn Nursing home/Smithville Western Care Center for over 23 years, after suffering an early stroke. She made friends with the staff and residents at each facility and was greatly loved by her family and friends. She enjoyed puzzles, romance novels and her purses.

The family expresses heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Horn/Smithville Western, and at LifeCare Hospice for their loving care.

There will be a family graveside service. A celebration of life will occur at a later date.  Interment will be at Crown Hill Cemetery, Orrville, Ohio. Murray Funeral Home is assisting the family.
