Obituary:

Robert D. Baughman, 53, of Fredericksburg, died peacefully, surrounded by his family on Friday evening, Jan. 8, 2016 at LifeCare Hospice in Wooster.
Bob was born Dec. 11, 1962 in Orrville to Robert A. and Janet (Gasser) Baughman and married the former Carol “Tootie” Leaman who survives.  He attended Smithville High School and worked at Quality Castings in Orrville.  Bob attended the Church of God Ministries of Jesus Christ International in Wooster and was the #1 Ohio State Fan.  He loved NASCAR racing, dirt track racing and traveling.  Bobby will be greatly missed.
Surviving are his wife, Carol “Tootie”; daughter Laura Baughman of Smithville; grandson, Caden Michael Shaffer; his mother, Janet Studer of Wooster; his father Robert (Martha) Baughman of Orrville; brothers and sisters, Penny (Jim) Helms and Allen (Carol) Baughman both of Orrville; Debbie Baughman of Wooster, Connie (Jerry) Herman of Fredericksburg, Cindy (Jim) Zimmerman of Orrville, Joe (Tina) Baughman of Ansted, W.Va. and Becky (Joe) Wood of Racine, OH and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.  He was preceded in death by his step-father, Paul Studer.
Services will be Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Fredericksburg with Rev. Jack McClelland officiating.  Burial will be in Fredericksburg East Cemetery.  Friends may call Monday from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.  Tributes may be shared at www.Murray-Funeral-Home.com  Memorial contributions may be made to LifeCare Hospice, 1900 Akron Rd., Wooster, OH 44691.  The family extends their heartfelt appreciation to the Dr. Paul Masci and the the Oncology Staff,  LifeCare Hospice and Nancy Sands and Connie Miller for the wonderful care and compassion given to Bob.
