Joyce A. Sigler, 58, of Orrville, died peacefully on Monday, May 10, 2010 at Mercy Medical Center in Canton following a battle with cancer.

Joyce was born Aug. 8, 1951 in Wadsworth the daughter of the late John W. and Bertha (Resecker) Bright.  She had worked in Home Health Services and had made her home in Orrville for the past 11 years previously residing in Creston . She enjoyed caring for her grandkids and being with her family.  She will be greatly missed. 

Surviving are her 3 daughters, Jennifer (Donnie Murphy) Sigler of West Salem, Gail Anderson of Orrville and Brittany Copley of Orrville; 9 grandchildren, Justin, Travis and Zachary Murphy, Cailen, Kaden and Kaleb McIntire and Christian, Jimena and Mia Pineda; a brothers Junior "Sam" (Anita) Bright of Orrville and 3 nieces, Shelly Karnes and Sierra and Taylor Bright. An infant daughter Rachel and a sister Betty preceded her in death.

Services will be Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston with Rev. Don Resecker officiating.  Burial will be in Creston Maple Mound Cemetery.  Friends may call Wednesday from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.  Memorials may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
