Glenn Allen Melrose, 64, of Medina, died unexpectedly on Sunday, Jan. 31, 2016 in Gainesville, GA.
Glenn was born June 14, 1951 in Parma to the late Walter Robert and Beverly E. (Allen) Melrose. He graduated from Highland High School in 1969 and married the love of his life, April Grabenstetter, shortly after. He worked construction and for the past several years was a project superintendent for OMNI Construction. Glenn was a man among men who worked hard for his family and was generous to all who knew him. His love for his family was evident in all that he did. In his free time he enjoyed fishing, boating and spending time with his loved ones. He will be greatly missed.
Surviving are his wife, April (Grabenstetter) Melrose; children, Heather Sudduth of Medina, Jacob (Kara) Melrose of Wooster and Luke (Brooke) Melrose of Medina; 8 grandchildren, Murphy, Camryn, Anna, Roy, Maggie, Finley, Paxton, Lucy and another grandson due this spring, and a sister Lynn (Mark) Beynon of Palmetto, FL.
