Dorothy M. Morrison, 90, of Wooster, died Wednesday afternoon Sept. 14, 2011 at Burbank Parke following a period of declining health.
Dorothy was born July 8, 1921 in Jeromesville to the late Glen E. and Letitia (Kaylor) McClymonds. She married Edward Morrison on March 23, 1940 and he preceded her in death on November 7, 1996. She had lived in Wooster since 1988 and had lived in Brunswick and Creston previously.
She had retired from Weyeth Laboratories with 10 years of service and had worked for the William Annat Company for 15 years.
Surviving are her children, Sandra (Harold) Fitzpatrick of Wooster, Beverly (Ralph) Riggenbach of Keller, TX, Susan Yund of Wooster, Roger (Dawn) Morrison of Creston, Carole (Ron) Moser of Fairmont, NC and Phillip Morrison of Wooster; 19 grandchildren and 35 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, a daughter Janet Sue, a grandson Todd, a brother Glen and a sister Patricia
Funeral services will be Monday at 3:00 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston with Rev Eric Fairhurst officiating. Burial will be in Canaan Cemetery. Friend may call on Monday from 1:00 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home.
