Donna Belle Beichler, 85, of Creston, died peacefully on Sunday, Jan. 29, 2012 at Burbank Parke Care Center following a battle with cancer.

Donna was born Dec. 28, 1926 in Sterling the daughter of the late Roy and Alta (Conkle) Beichler. She was a 1944 graduate of Creston High School and retired in 1986 from Westfield Companies following 42 years of services where she was a commercial underwriter. She was a member of the Creston Presbyterian Church and the Presbyterian Women. She enjoyed playing cards and tending to her flowers. She had made her home on the family farm all of her life and will be greatly missed.

Surviving are her 2 brothers and a sister, Richard (Helen) Beichler of Tallmadge, Carol (Robert) Sabo of Medina and Larry (Nancy) Beichler of Creston and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by sisters, Melzina VanNostran, Gladys Hershberger and Kathleen Litman and brothers Raymond, Dale and Kenneth Beichler.

Services will be Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. Creston Presbyterian Church with Rev. Alice Phillips officiating. Burial will be in Mound Hill Cemetery in Seville. Friends may call one hour prior to services at the church.
