Delilah Troyer, 68, of 8830 Township Road 559, Millersburg, died Monday, Dec. 4, 2017 surrounded by her family at the home of her sisters, Mattie and Sarah Troyer after a 6 year battle with cancer.
She was born June 5, 1949 in Millersburg to Dan R. and Anna B. (Troyer) Troyer and was a homemaker, caretaker and loved to work with flowers. She was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Surviving are her father, Dan R. Troyer, sisters, Esther, Lydia, Mattie and Sarah Troyer all of Millersburg and Clara (Noah) Schwartz of Salem, IN; brothers, Harvey (Miriam) Troyer of Butler, OH and Jonas (Dena) Troyer and Milton (Laura) Troyer both of Millersburg; a brother-in-law, Leroy (Lydia Sue) Chupp of Springboro, PA; 36 nieces and nephews and 45 great-nieces and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Anna; sister, Elizabeth Chupp, an infant sister, Emma and a niece Anna Chupp.
Services will be Thursday, Dec. 7th at 9:00 a.m. at the Milton Troyer residence, 8814 Township Road 559, Millersburg with Bishop Ivan S. Miller officiating. Burial will be in the Wengerd Cemetery, Prairie Twp., Holmes Co. Friends may call anytime at the Milton Troyer residence. Murray Funeral Home in Fredericksburg is handling arrangements.
